Sorry Einheriar but thats a fabrication. Funny to see the reason evolve in the forums.
CA wanted to rush in as they felt CFS was weak and I presume they wanted some of the action.
When I spoke to ppl including yourself about why the NAP was being broken, I got a few different answers. Our FSB had changed (it hadnt), violations of CA space by CFS pilots (CA pilots where regularly seen in CFS space) even had one of yours turn up in a gang to help hunt rats in the FIX (nice guy and he was just asked to leave) you can appreciate the irony of that one.
Why not just admit the truth ? Anyway at the end of the day we know the truth and so do you whatever forum spin is out on things.

Your "leaders" were informed what had happened they knew their pilots had violated the nap and we had voted to dissolve the nap for that very reason the council decided to do it. If your leaders did not tell you it is dissolved then thats your communication problem.
Also after the NAP had been cancelled we have not enganged CFS pilots in CFS space they had come down to engage us. For what possible reason why they would even do that when they have enough problems in their own space is their reasons. But at the end of the day CA had yet again fight in their own territory so keep your bull**** to yourself.
Sorry mate but our attack on you was launched after your announcement that you where going to attack us and 2 days after CA pilots started attacking CFS players in the FIX. Link to your own announcement bellow

We where well aware the NAP was broken by you but where assured that it didnt mean war. Funny you made the above announcement quite soon after.

Cold I was Foreign Minister at the time the NAP was cancelled Einherar contacted me to let me know (I then informed everyone else so yes the leaders did inform) I asked why and I was told it was due to and incursion into CA space (no podings where mentioned). I said why hadnt we been contacted didnt really get and answer.
I then contacted Mistress D'Malice and was told that the NAP was cancelled due to a change in our FSB (again no poddings) and different reason. I said our FSB hadnt beem changed and the only change to it that was in the pipeline had been voted against. I asked her to check the FSB on the CFS site. Mistress said oh thats different from what ive been told and I will check the FSB and get back to you.
In the meantime I told our guys to act as if the treaty was in place until Mistress came back to me.
She didnt then you went to war against us on a pretext.

Again can we have details ? This has never been raised. CFS had many incursions by CA into CFS space and they where all asked politely to leave.

Ok so now we have worked out that it was not a CFS member that podded those guys just someone with CFS FRIENDLY in there corp description (something FIX rats do regularly) does that mean the war will be called off ?
